Jack J. Parks Jr.VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- Retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. Jack J. Parks Jr., 67, of Colonial Arms Circle, died Dec. 19 in Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. Mr. Parks retired from the military after 23 years. He was a Vietnam veteran. Mr. Parks was also vice president of Minuteman Fuel and was a former pilot for Piedmont Aviation. A graveside service with military honors will be held in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Cremation Society of Virginia. Mr. Parks is survived by two sons, Jeffrey L. Parks and Kevin E. Parks, both of Virginia Beach; a sister, Mary L. Parmer of Chapel Hill, N.C.; three brothers, William L.
